What counts as one report?
One generation cycle (e.g. one suitability letter, one annual review summary, one client brief). Re-generating with edited prompts on the same documents counts as another report.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Switch plans any time from the workspace billing page. If you upgrade mid-month, the difference is prorated. If you downgrade, the new limit takes effect next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans run for 12 months with two months free compared to monthly billing.
Do you offer on-premises deployment?
Yes. Same software deployed in your office. Contact us for a quote based on your setup.
What counts as custom branding?
